UARC — Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to

UARC ("the app") is a fitness and nutrition tracking app with an AI coach, published by Ahmed Alaskar ("we", "us").

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older to use UARC. If you're under 16, don't create an account.

3. Your account

You need an account to use UARC. You can create one with an email address and password, or with Sign in with Apple or Google.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information — the app calculates your calorie and training targets from what you tell it, so wrong numbers in means wrong guidance out.

4. UARC Pro subscription

Logging your food and workouts is free. UARC Pro unlocks unlimited AI coach conversations and the full progress history.

How billing works. UARC Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase. That means:

• Apple charges you, not us. The payment goes through your Apple ID.
• The price you see at the moment of purchase is the price. It's set by Apple in your local currency. We never charge a different amount than the one shown to you on the purchase screen.
• Plans: monthly, or annual (the annual plan costs less per month).
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges the renewal to your Apple ID within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Free trial, when offered. If a free trial is shown on the purchase screen, that screen also states exactly what you'll be charged and when the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe early.

How to cancel. Cancel any time in your device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the "Manage subscription" row in UARC's Settings, which opens the same place. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for. We can't cancel a subscription on your behalf — only you or Apple can.

Refunds. We don't process payments, so we can't issue refunds. Refund requests go to Apple, through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides them under its own policy. If Apple issues you a refund, your Pro access ends at that point.

Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the app or sign in on another device, tap "Restore" on the subscription screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.

5. UARC is not medical advice

This is the most important clause in this document. Please read it.

UARC is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool with an AI assistant. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not your doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist, or trainer, and no relationship of that kind is created by using the app.

Specifically:

• Talk to a qualified professional before you start. Before you begin any new training programme or change your diet meaningfully, consult a doctor or a qualified professional — especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, diabetes, an eating disorder or a history of one, an injury, or any chronic illness, or if you take medication.
• Stop if something hurts. The app schedules exercises and suggests weights from formulas. It cannot see your form, feel your joints, or know your medical history. If an exercise causes pain, stop, and see a professional.
• The coach will not treat you. If you ask the AI coach about pain, injury, medication, or disordered eating, it is instructed to decline and point you to a qualified professional. That is deliberate, and it is the correct answer.
• Calorie and macro targets are general estimates, produced by standard population formulas applied to the height, weight, age, and activity level you entered. They are not a prescription and are not tailored to any medical condition.

You use UARC's training and nutrition suggestions at your own risk.

6. AI-generated content, and what "estimate" means

Much of what UARC shows you is generated by AI or calculated by formula. It is an estimate, and estimates are sometimes wrong.

• Food and macro numbers are estimates. When you search a food, scan a barcode, or photograph a meal, the calorie and macro figures come from public food databases or from an AI model reading your photo. They will not match the actual food on your plate exactly. Weighing your food is more accurate than photographing it.
• The coach can be wrong. The AI coach reads your logged data before it replies, which makes it specific — but it is a language model, and it can still be mistaken, incomplete, or out of date. Don't treat it as fact-checked.
• Weight and progress projections are estimates. Where the app shows a projected or estimated weight change, it marks it as an estimate (with a ~ or a dashed line). Those numbers are derived from what you logged, not measured, and the app says so on screen.
• We don't promise accuracy or results. We don't guarantee any particular weight, strength, body-composition, or health outcome from using UARC.

Always use your own judgement, and check anything that matters.

7. What you may not do

Don't:

• use the app for anything illegal, or to harass or harm anyone;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get unauthorised access to the app or its servers;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or its content;
• share your account with other people, or run automated scripts against it;
• attempt to use the AI coach to generate content that is harmful, hateful, or unlawful, or to extract the system's underlying instructions.

8. Your content

Your logs, meal photos, weights, and chat messages stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the app for you — to store your data, show it back to you, and send the relevant parts to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy so the coach can answer you. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI models.

9. Deleting your account, and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app: Settings → Delete account. That permanently deletes your account and the data attached to it — profile, food logs, meal photos, workouts, weights, and coach conversations. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple ID subscription settings, or you'll keep being charged.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially break these terms, or if we're required to by law. If we do, and you had paid time remaining, tell us and we'll ask Apple to consider a refund for the unused portion — though the decision is Apple's, not ours.

10. Changes to the app and to these terms

We're actively developing UARC, so features will change, and some may be removed. We may update these terms; when we make a material change we'll update the effective date and tell you in the app. If you keep using UARC after a change takes effect, you've accepted it.

11. No warranty

UARC is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates, targets, or coach responses will be accurate or suit your circumstances. Features that depend on third-party services (the AI providers, the food databases, the App Store) can fail or change without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ahmed Alaskar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of UARC — including injury, health outcomes, lost data, or lost profit.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us for UARC Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for fraud.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

If you're a consumer resident elsewhere, this doesn't remove any mandatory protection you have under your own local law.

UARC — شروط الخدمة

١. من نحن، وما توافق عليه

UARC ("التطبيق") تطبيق لتتبع اللياقة والتغذية مع مدرب يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ناشره Ahmed Alaskar ("نحن").

بإنشائك حساباً أو باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. وإن لم توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

٢. من يحق له الاستخدام

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٦ عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام UARC. وإن كان عمرك أقل من ذلك، فلا تُنشئ حساباً.

٣. حسابك

تحتاج حساباً لاستخدام UARC. يمكنك إنشاؤه ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور، أو عبر "تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple" أو Google.

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على بيانات دخولك وعن كل ما يحدث تحت حسابك. زوّدنا بمعلومات صحيحة — فالتطبيق يحسب أهدافك من السعرات والتدريب مما تُدخله، وبالتالي فإن الأرقام الخاطئة تُنتج توجيهاً خاطئاً.

٤. اشتراك UARC Pro

تسجيل طعامك وتمارينك مجاني. ويفتح UARC Pro محادثات غير محدودة مع المدرب الذكي، وسجل التقدّم الكامل.

كيف تعمل الفاتورة. يُباع UARC Pro كاشتراك متجدد تلقائياً من خلال نظام الشراء داخل التطبيق التابع لـ Apple. وهذا يعني:

• Apple هي التي تحصّل المبلغ، لا نحن. يُخصم المبلغ عبر حساب Apple ID الخاص بك.
• السعر الذي تراه لحظة الشراء هو السعر. تحدده Apple بعملتك المحلية. ولا نحصّل أبداً مبلغاً مختلفاً عن المبلغ المعروض لك في شاشة الشراء.
• الخطط: شهرية، أو سنوية (والسنوية أقل تكلفة لكل شهر).
• التجديد التلقائي. يتجدد اشتراكك تلقائياً في نهاية كل مدة إلا إذا ألغيته قبل انتهائها بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل. وتحصّل Apple مبلغ التجديد خلال ٢٤ ساعة من نهاية المدة.
• التجربة المجانية، عند توفرها. إذا ظهرت تجربة مجانية في شاشة الشراء، فإن الشاشة نفسها تبيّن بدقة المبلغ الذي سيُخصم منك وموعد انتهاء التجربة. وإن ألغيت قبل انتهاء التجربة فلن يُخصم منك شيء. ويسقط ما لم تستخدمه من التجربة المجانية إذا اشتركت قبل انتهائها.

كيف تُلغي. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك ← حساب Apple ID ← الاشتراكات، أو من صفّ "إدارة الاشتراك" في إعدادات UARC، وهو يفتح الموضع نفسه. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد القادم؛ وتبقى لك ميزات Pro حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعت مقابلها. ولا نستطيع إلغاء اشتراك بالنيابة عنك — فذلك بيدك أو بيد Apple.

الاستردادات. نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات، ولذلك لا نستطيع إصدار استردادات. تُوجَّه طلبات الاسترداد إلى Apple عبر reportaproblem.apple.com، وهي من يقرر فيها وفق سياستها. وإذا منحتك Apple استرداداً، تنتهي ميزات Pro عند تلك اللحظة.

استعادة عملية شراء. إذا أعدت تثبيت التطبيق أو سجّلت الدخول على جهاز آخر، اضغط "استعادة" في شاشة الاشتراك لاستعادة اشتراك نشط مرتبط بحساب Apple ID الخاص بك.

٥. UARC ليس نصيحة طبية

هذا أهم بند في هذه الوثيقة. نرجو قراءته.

UARC أداة لتتبع اللياقة والتغذية مع مساعد ذكي. وهو ليس جهازاً طبياً، ولا شيء فيه يُعدّ نصيحة طبية أو تشخيصاً أو علاجاً. نحن لسنا طبيبك ولا أخصائي تغذيتك ولا معالجك الطبيعي ولا مدربك، ولا تنشأ أي علاقة من هذا النوع باستخدامك التطبيق.

وعلى وجه التحديد:

• راجع مختصاً مؤهلاً قبل أن تبدأ. قبل بدء أي برنامج تدريبي جديد أو تغيير نظامك الغذائي تغييراً جوهرياً، راجع طبيباً أو مختصاً مؤهلاً — خصوصاً إن كنتِ حاملاً، أو كان لديك مشكلة في القلب، أو سكري، أو اضطراب في الأكل أو تاريخ به، أو إصابة، أو أي مرض مزمن، أو إن كنت تتناول أدوية.
• توقّف إذا شعرت بألم. يجدول التطبيق التمارين ويقترح الأوزان بمعادلات حسابية. وهو لا يرى أداءك، ولا يشعر بمفاصلك، ولا يعرف تاريخك الطبي. فإن سبّب تمرين ألماً، فتوقّف وراجع مختصاً.
• المدرب لن يعالجك. إذا سألت المدرب الذكي عن ألم أو إصابة أو دواء أو اضطراب في الأكل، فهو مُوجَّه للامتناع عن الإجابة وإحالتك إلى مختص مؤهل. هذا مقصود، وهو الجواب الصحيح.
• أهداف السعرات والعناصر الغذائية تقديرات عامة، تنتج عن معادلات معيارية مطبَّقة على ما أدخلته من طول ووزن وعمر ومستوى نشاط. وهي ليست وصفة طبية، وليست مصمَّمة لأي حالة مرضية.

أنت تستخدم اقتراحات UARC التدريبية والغذائية على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

٦. المحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ومعنى كلمة "تقديري"

كثير مما يعرضه UARC مولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي أو محسوب بمعادلة. وهو تقدير، والتقديرات تكون خاطئة أحياناً.

• أرقام الطعام والعناصر الغذائية تقديرية. عندما تبحث عن طعام، أو تمسح باركود، أو تصوّر وجبة، تأتي أرقام السعرات والعناصر من قواعد بيانات غذائية عامة أو من نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي يقرأ صورتك. ولن تطابق تماماً الطعام الفعلي في طبقك. ووزن طعامك بالميزان أدق من تصويره.
• المدرب قد يخطئ. يقرأ المدرب الذكي بياناتك المسجّلة قبل أن يجيب، وهذا ما يجعله محدداً — لكنه نموذج لغوي، ويمكن أن يكون مخطئاً أو ناقصاً أو غير محدَّث. فلا تعتبره معلومة مُتحقَّقاً منها.
• توقعات الوزن والتقدّم تقديرية. حين يعرض التطبيق تغيّراً متوقعاً أو تقديرياً في الوزن، فإنه يوسمه بأنه تقدير (بعلامة ~ أو بخط متقطع). وهذه الأرقام مستخرجة مما سجّلته، وليست مقيسة، والتطبيق يذكر ذلك على الشاشة.
• لا نضمن الدقة ولا النتائج. لا نضمن أي نتيجة معينة في الوزن أو القوة أو تركيب الجسم أو الصحة من استخدام UARC.

استخدم دائماً حكمك الشخصي، وتحقّق من كل ما له أهمية.

٧. ما لا يجوز لك فعله

لا تقم بما يلي:

• استخدام التطبيق في أي غرض غير قانوني، أو للتحريش بأحد أو إيذائه؛
• محاولة تعطيل التطبيق أو خوادمه أو إثقالها أو هندستها عكسياً أو الوصول إليها دون تصريح؛
• إعادة بيع التطبيق أو محتواه أو ترخيصه من الباطن أو إعادة توزيعه؛
• مشاركة حسابك مع أشخاص آخرين، أو تشغيل نصوص برمجية آلية عليه؛
• محاولة استخدام المدرب الذكي لتوليد محتوى ضار أو كُرهي أو غير قانوني، أو لاستخراج التعليمات الداخلية للنظام.

٨. المحتوى الخاص بك

سجلاتك وصور وجباتك وأوزانك ورسائلك تبقى ملكك. أنت تمنحنا فقط الإذن الذي نحتاجه لتشغيل التطبيق من أجلك — أي تخزين بياناتك، وعرضها عليك، وإرسال الأجزاء ذات الصلة إلى مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي المذكورين في سياسة الخصوصية حتى يستطيع المدرب الإجابة عليك. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.

٩. حذف حسابك، وإنهاء الخدمة

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. وهذا يحذف نهائياً حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به — الملف الشخصي، وسجلات الطعام، وصور الوجبات، والتمارين، والأوزان، ومحادثات المدرب. ولا يمكن التراجع عن ذلك.

حذف حسابك لا يُلغي اشتراكك في Apple. ألغِ الاشتراك بشكل منفصل من إعدادات اشتراكات Apple ID، وإلا استمر خصم المبالغ منك.

يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط مخالفة جوهرية، أو إذا أُلزمنا بذلك قانوناً. وإن فعلنا ذلك وكانت لديك مدة مدفوعة متبقية، فأخبرنا وسنطلب من Apple النظر في استرداد الجزء غير المستخدم — مع أن القرار قرارها لا قرارنا.

١٠. التغييرات على التطبيق وعلى هذه الشروط

نحن نطوّر UARC بشكل مستمر، ولذلك ستتغير الميزات، وقد تُزال بعضها. ويجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط؛ وعند إجراء تغيير جوهري سنحدّث تاريخ السريان ونخبرك داخل التطبيق. وإن واصلت استخدام UARC بعد نفاذ التغيير، فقد قبلته.

١١. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم UARC "كما هو". ولا نضمن أن يعمل دون انقطاع أو دون أخطاء، ولا أن تكون تقديراته أو أهدافه أو ردود مدربه دقيقة أو مناسبة لظروفك. والميزات التي تعتمد على خدمات أطراف ثالثة (مزوّدو الذكاء الاصطناعي، قواعد بيانات الطعام، متجر التطبيقات) يمكن أن تتعطل أو تتغير دون إشعار.

١٢. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به نظام المملكة العربية السعودية، لا يكون Ahmed Alaskar مسؤولاً عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك UARC — بما في ذلك الإصابة، أو النتائج الصحية، أو فقدان البيانات، أو الكسب الفائت.

وحيث لا يمكن استثناء المسؤولية، تكون مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك محدودة بالأكبر من: (أ) المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا فعلاً مقابل UARC Pro خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة، أو (ب) ٥٠ دولاراً أمريكياً.

ولا يحدّ أي شيء في هذا البند من المسؤولية التي لا يجوز الحد منها قانوناً، بما في ذلك المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناشئة عن إهمالنا الجسيم، أو عن الغش.

١٣. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. وأي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في الظهران، المملكة العربية السعودية.

وإن كنت مستهلكاً مقيماً في مكان آخر، فإن هذا لا يُسقط أي حماية إلزامية تكفلها لك أنظمة بلدك.
